Mindfulness on the Mountain

Mindfulness on the MountainI invite you to practice mindfulness with the spirits of nature. In the tradition of the Japanese Practice of Forest Bathing (Shirin yoku) we will engage simple mindfulness practices that ground us in our body and breath and then extend our connection to the great beings of tree, stone, grass and sky that meet us in the forest. May all beings know the joy of their true nature!
