PCR Policies

Return Policy

Registration purchases are non-refundable. Transfers must be managed by the event committee.  Pacific Circle Revival’s focus is on serving the community and is not a for profit event. We set the price of the event as a rate that will pay for the expenses and allow us to book the event site in the following year if we have maximum attendance. To keep our price low for all attendees we do not offer refunds on registration. Registrations can be transferred to another party if the transfer takes place a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event kick off date. To initiate a transfer you must contact pacificcirclerevival@yahoo.com.

Presenter Policy

Pacific Circle Revival’s focus is on serving the community and is not a for profit event. The size of the event and our pricing policy prohibit us from being able to waive attendance fees or pay presenters. The purpose of the event is to build community and develop relationships and as such all presenters will be attendees of the event.

Photo and Video Policy

We ask that anyone taking photographs or video firsts asks the people being captured for permission. If the intention is to post the photos publicly you must also gain approval from the subjects. When posting on social media please do not tag other people.
